LISTENING SKILLS THAT ENHANCED ORGANIZATON, FOCUS AND PRODUCTIVITY

Pattie Hallberg is the CEO of the Girl Scouts of Central and Western Massachusetts. She is immoveable in her commitment to girls and volunteers. While never having worked with an Executive Coach, she was open minded to work with Anne to learn and consider new perspectives that could positively impact her leadership skills and capacities.

We engaged in conversations where new possibilities were generated to navigate critical challenges of impacting girl and volunteer membership, executing promises made to the Board whereby they could count on her delivering and developed a new sense of urgency for transforming the organization. The coaching provided Pattie time to challenge her own thinking, ideate and shine a light on new avenues to achieve the organizations goals.
